Hamilton City Schools will return to the "strongly recommended" mask policy Wednesday October 26, as the district endorses and implements the "Mask to Stay/Test to Play" quarantine guidelines announced by the Ohio Department of Health Monday. In a letter to district parents, Superintendent Michael Holbrook says students who come into close contact to COVID-19 positive classmates can remain in school if they mask for 14 days after the date of exposure. Students in extra curricular activities may continue to participate if they are asymptomatic, wear a mask whenever possible, and get a COVID test.
