Bond was set at a half million dollars for Richard Shelby Adkins. He's charged with shooting a woman in the head Sunday on the 2100 block of Howard Avenue in Middletown. He was later arrested after a foot chase on the 2000 block of Pearl Street. Adkins is facing a felonious assault charge and will appear for a preliminary hearing next Monday. The victim is being treated at Atrium Medical Center.

(Hamilton)--Prosecutors will consider upgraded charges against 23 year old Robbi Robinson. The Fairfield Township man is charged with beating 50 year old Brenda Scott, and setting her on fire at a home on Arroyo Ridge Court May 11th. Scott, the girlfriend of Robinson's father, died of her injuries over the weekend at University Hospital. Robinson is currently charged with Attempted Aggravated Murder, Aggravated Arson, and Felonious Assault. 

(Hamilton)--The Butler County Sheriff's Office says a suspect who hit one of their cruisers during a police chase on May 22nd has been captured. 29 year old Jarred Hignite was arrested by members of the Butler County Regional Narcotics (BURN) Task Force, with assistance from U.S. Marshals at the Villages of Wildwood apartment complex in Fairfield. He is charges with Felonious Assault, Failure to Comply with Order or Signal of Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, and a parole violation.

(Hamilton)--The January 2019 murder of a Hamilton teen has been solved. A Butler County Grand Jury has indicted Damone Davis and Tai'je Goolsby for the gang related shooting death of 18 year old Londale Harvey as he sat in his car on Pleasant and Fairview Avenues. A check of Butler County Jail records shows none of the suspects are in custody yet.
