Bucheit says 100 to 200 people were inside the bar when gunfire erupted around 1:45am Sunday morning. One man was killed and seven people were wounded in the shooting. Police are asking anyone with information to call the Hamilton Police Department's Investigation Section at (513) 868-5811 ext. 2002.

Eight people were injured in the shootout. Goens appeared in Hamilton Municipal Court Monday, and was ordered held on $2 million cash bond until his preliminary hearing August 1st. Goens was the brother of 22 year old Kalif Goens, who died in the hail of gunfire.
