(HAMILTON)-The National Arbor Day Foundation has named the City of Hamilton a Tree City USA Community. This is the 10th consecutive year the city has received the award. Tree City communities must have a designated tree board, pass a tree ordinance, have an active forestry program in place, and host an Arbor Day celebration. The Hamilton Tree Advisory Board was also honored with its fourth growth award for going above and beyond the original requirements.
