HAMILTON — The west side Kroger was evacuated yesterday after someone made a comment to a store employee that was percieved as a threat.  Police came with a full response, and found the person who made the statement, which was determined to be misinterpreted, according to Police Chief Trent Chenoweth at the scene. No weapons were found, and no charges have been filed. The store re-opened around 6pm.
