Fire Victim Identified

HAMILTON — The Butler County Coroner's Office has identified the person found dead following last week's commercial building fire on Dixie Highway. The victim has been identified as 48-year-old Hari Prasad Subedi of West Chester. He was pronounced dead at 3:01 a.m. on July 7 after being found inside the burned building in the 3900 block of Dixie Highway. The coroner's office says an autopsy has been performed, but both the cause and manner of death remain pending as the investigation continues. Hamilton police and fire investigators are continuing to investigate the cause of the fire. Authorities have said there is no known threat to the public and are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact investigators.
