HAMILTON — Police detectives are investigating after a person was found dead Wednesday morning from an apparent gunshot wound on Eaton Avenue, across the street from Wilson Middle School. Hamilton Police say officers responded around 10:12 a.m. to 791 Eaton Avenue on reports of a victim suffering from a gunshot wound. When officers arrived, they located the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene by Hamilton Fire Department medics.
