Visitors to downtown Hamilton, Main Street, German Village, and Spooky Nook and will soon be able to board a free shuttle to get to entertainment and dining venues along those routes. LocalMotive, LLC owners Devan Ward and his brother Dustin announced at this week's city council meeting that they are ready to begin operating their electric shuttles, which seat up to five passengers. Even though the rides are free, the company plans to advertise local business on the outside of their shuttles as well as inside, using message boards and touchscreen tablets. The shuttle will run weekends and during special events like RiversEdge concerts and city festivals. Currently, you can catch the shuttle along the posted route, as well as stops at Spooky Nook, Marcum Park, and Main Street.
