(Liberty Township)--Liberty Township Trustees have rejected plans to add a Mike's Car Wash to the Liberty Pointe development, which is anchored by the new COSTCO. Trustees overturned a zoning commission ruling approving the car wash and a retail/ restaurant building, saying it strays too far from original plans for the 88 acre, $133 million site. Developers verbally expressed their displeasure with the trustees after the vote, saying they have done everything they've been asked to do by the township, including requests to add three roundabouts on the site.
