Three arts organizations in Butler County have been awarded an economic relief grant from the state. The Fitton Center (pictured) will get over $134,000, the Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park will get $125,000, and the Sorg Opera House in Middletown will be awarded over $46,000 as part of the first round of funding totaling $23 million statewide. The funding was the result of a bill introduced by Butler County State Senator George Lang. A total of $50 million dollars is available through the program. The second round of funding is expected within weeks.
