The Butler County Coroner's Office is working to identify a body found in the Great Miami River Thursday afternoon. The corpse was discovered near the Columbia Bridge, and was recovered by Hamilton firefighters. The discovery came hours after officials suspended the search for a man who jumped into the river after a vehicle crash near the Black Street Bridge Saturday night. The Butler County Emergency Response Services, the Butler County Sheriff's helicopter, and Midwest Eqqusearch were among the agencies searching the river.
