Hamilton city leaders broke ground on the new $32 million justice center which will be located in an empty city owned lot at 8th and Walnut Streets. The Hamilton Police Department and Municipal Court will be located in the 64,000 square foot building. The project will be funded in part by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), and is expected to be completed by late 2024. The property is across the street from the Butler County Sheriff's Office and county jail.
