A missing dementia patient from West Chester has been found and is safe. The 81 year old man was last seen around 2:00pm Monday on Tennyson Court. Search teams and drones were brought in after darkness fell last night, and the man was found around 10:30pm in the city of Reading. No word how he got there, but police say he was suffering from minor injuries.
