Accused Walmart shooter/killer Anthony Brown was arraigned in Butler County Common Pleas Court last week. He is facing a five count aggravated murder indictment in the shooting death of 35yo shopper Adam Black and the wounding of a Walmart employee. Brown was allegedly trying to steal a cellphone when he shot Black and the employee during his getaway. If convicted, Brown faces life in prison. Brown's attorney has filed a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity. A competency hearing has been set for late July. Judge Daniel Haughey ordered bond set at $900,000, lower than the original $5 million set after Brown's first appearance in Area II Court.
