A woman killed when her car slammed into a bus Monday has been identified. Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones says 61yo Debra Halsey of Forest Park died when her EB Chevy Cruse went left of center and smashed head-on into a WB Lakota school bus that was empty, except for the driver. It happened on Millikin Road at Fieldstone Farms Blvd around 10:45am. There's no indication why Halsey's vehicle went left of center.
