Hamilton City Manager Joshua Smith delivered his very first mid term State of the City address Thursday. Smith gave a peek into the future for the area across the river from Spooky Nook, which is being vacated by Cohen Recycling. Smith says a company is proposing a $350 million development that includes hotels, residential and office space, as well as a grocery store anchor. Smith also unveiled plans for another brewery. Third Eye will open a $3.1 million location in Hamilton, at the old Pepsi Cola bottling plant on Route 4.
