A survey team from the National Weather Service office in Wilmington has determined that an EF-0 tornado hit near the Clarksville area, spanning two counties Wednesday afternoon. The small twister touched down along Todd's Fork Creek south of OH-350, collapsing a barn. The storm continued to follow the creek, snapping trees and overturning a pop-up camper. The storm caused minor damage to a home before moving into Clinton County and lifting back up into the clouds. The storm traveled 1.5 miles with a width of 50 yards. No injuries were reported.
