(Oxford Township)--A letter carrier was taken to the hospital after a crash Wednesday morning in Oxford Township. 47 year old Jennifer Back  of Middletown was delivering mail in her truck on Southbound US-27 in front of 3891 Oxford Middletown Road, when she was hit from behind by a Mercedes SUV driven by 22 year old Nuoija Deng of Oxford. A crash report from Oxford Township police says the mail truck spun around and flipped, landing back on it's wheels, and facing northbound. Back was taken to McCollough-Hyde Hospital, where she was treated for neck and back injuries. Deng told officers his glasses fogged up before the crash, and he didn't see the truck. He was cited for assured clear distance.
