A bill passed by the Ohio Senate last week would allow all businesses to remain open during the next statewide emergency, if they comply with all regulations and health orders. Senator George Lang (R-West Chester) proposed Senate Bill 134, the Business Fairness Act, which passed by a unanimous vote in the senate last week. Lang says he was perpexed when big name retailers remained open during the Coronavirus pandemic, while smaller stores remained shut down.
