Butler County was bracing for a winter storm late Sunday, with forecasters predicting as much as a foot of snow in some areas. The National Weather Service issued a Winter Storm Warning early Sunday, saying the first wave of accumulating snow would hit early Monday, dumping

1-3 inches of snow on the county. After a midday lull, the snow would return, dropping an additional 4-8 inches during the evening rush hour, and into the morning hours on Tuesday.  (Photo Credit: ODOT)
