Representatives from government agencies in nine counties gathered at the Butler County Fairgrounds Tuesday morning, where Ohio Emergency Management Agency officials and the Department of Homeland Security helped distribute more than one million N-95 and cloth masks to be used at Southwest Ohio school districts. The Butler County Educational Services Center facilitated the distribution.
