HAMILTON--Two men have been indicted by a Butler County grand jury in connection with the shooting death of a Monroe woman last week. 22 year old Jordan Lay of Mason is facing charges of murder, felony assault, and tampering with evidence, and 23 year old Nicholas Mattox of Trenton is accused of tampering with evidence in the death of 32 Amy Risner, who's body was found at a home on the 100 block of Anne Road in Monroe. The pair will be arraigned February 19th in front of Common Pleas Judge Gregory Howard.
