HAMILTON--Butler County Prosecutor Mike Gmoser is asking for a one day delay in the preliminary hearing for two murder suspects. 22 year old Jordan Lay of Mason and 23 year old Nicholas Mattox of Trenton are facing aggravated murder charges in the death of Amy Risner, who's body was found at a home on Anne Road in Monroe last week. Gmoser wants the hearing held Thursday 1pm at Area One Court in Oxford.
