(Columbus)---The Ohio Supreme Court has declined to hear the appeal of a confessed killer from Butler County. 22 year old Justin Koch pleaded guilty to his role in the 2016 home invasion robbery in West Chester that led to the shooting death of 18 year old Tyler Kassow. Three others were also convicted in the botched robbery. The 12th District Court of Appeals rejected Koch's claims that his lawyers shouldn't have allowed him to give a statement to police. Koch was the driver of the getaway car used in the robbery.
