(Hamilton)---We now know the substance found on some streets, lawns, and porches on Hamilton's west side the past couple of days. It was flour. Hamilton fire crews had the substance tested by West Chester's specialized haz-mat team. Police would still like to know who spread the flour and why. Firefighters were called to the Rhea/Ridgelawn/Cleveland Avenue areas where several residents found the powder this morning. There's is some speculation that it may have been spread by the Hash House Harriers, a running group.
