(COLUMBUS)---Ohio's unemployment rate dipped slightly in April. The Department of Job and Family Services says 5% of Ohio workers were jobless, compared to 5.1% in March. Despite the improving percentage, the state saw a decrease of 5,700 non-farm jobs over that month.
