(Monroe)---A Butler County hospital has announced plans for a new medical office building in Monroe. Atrium Medical Center and its parent company Premier Health Systems plans a 19,000 square foot facility on the northwest corner of Cincinnati-Dayton Road and State Route 63. The building will house a primary care practice, specialty physicians, and other services. The project is expected to be ready to go by 2018.
