(Oxford)--Teens who attend Talawanda schools will not see a later start time, at least for now. The school board has determined that such a move would be logistically and financially impossible. The board says if the secondary schools went to a later start time, it would negatively impact elementary schools and after school programs. The board says if all schools went to a later start time, it would be more expensive, requiring the district to double the number of buses and drivers. The board says if enough parents favor a later start time, they could go to the voters with an operating levy.
