Fairfield City Council has approved an incentive package to lure Veritiv Incorporated's Loveland headquarters to the Gilmore Pointe office building at Mack and Gilmore Roads. Veritiv spokesman Ed Patterson told City Council they will occupy 75,000 square feet in the new facility, which is owned by Cincinnati Financial Corporation and operated by Collier's International. The project is expected to be completed later this year, and will result in over 400 new jobs for the city.
