(Hamilton)---The City of Hamilton will officially recieve their award for having the best municipal tap water in the world. A representative from the Berkeley Springs International Water Festival in West Virginia is due to appear at tonight's city council meeting to give the honor to city. This isn't the first time Hamilton's water has been named the best. The city took top honors at the Berkeley Springs festival in 2009, and in 2010. Tonight's meeting gets underway at 6:00pm.
