(Hamilton)---The Lindenwald man charged with the shooting deaths of his daughter and another man Wednesday has been arraigned in Hamilton Municipal Court. 55 year old Alfred Rutherford (pictured) was ordered held under $2 million cash bond in connection with the double homicide at 2710 Hilda Avenue. The victims were identified as 29 year old Lacey Rutherford and 41 year old Steve Watkins of Wilmington. Rutherford was captured several hours after the shooting at Hamilton's Joyce Park. A preliminary hearing in the case has been set for June 26th at 8:00am.
