(West Chester)---West Chester police have charged a man in connection with a fatal accident last week on OH-747 and Port Union Road. 32 year old Terrence Strader of West Chester (pictured) is accused of causing the wreck that killed 62 year old Troy Stapleton of Fairfield. Strader turned himself in to face an Aggravated Vehicular Homicide charge, as well as charges of Operation in Willful or Wanton Disregard of the Safety of Persons or Property. Strader is also accused of leaving the scene of a prior accident. He faces a total of 1-5.5 years in prison and fines of over $11,000 if convicted. He is due to appear in court Friday.
