(Columbus)---The Ohio State Highway Patrol says 13 people died on Buckeye roadways during the Memorial Day weekend, compared to 18 last year. The patrol says they made 757 OVI arrests, a 7% increase over 2013, and they cited 7,278 people for seat belt violations, a 19% increase over last year. The patrol was among the many agencies participating in the national "Click it or Ticket" crackdown on seat belt usage.
