(Hamilton)---Hamilton firefighters are investigating a house fire that broke out in Lindenwald Wednesday morning. The blaze was reported at 6:36am at 4421 Pleasant Avenue. First responders reported fire in the basement. The resident was able to escape without injury. Damage is listed at $75,000. Mutual aid was called in from Hanover and Fairfield Townships. Pleasant Avenue was blocked between Andover and Symmes.
