A Butler County grand jury says an officer involved shooting in Hamilton last week was justified. Police officers Kevin Ruhl and Danielle Sorber were cleared of any wrongdoing by the grand jury after they reviewed a videotape of the incident, which showed 34 year old Brandon Kelley Forte holding a knife to the neck of a pharmacist at the Walgreen's on High Street. When the officers arrived in the Pharmacy, the video shows Forte ran at Officer Ruhl, who fired three shots at the suspect, killing him. Hamilton Police Chief Craig Bucheit says Ruhl and Sorber are heroes.
