(Hamilton)--Hamilton police have released the name of the officers involved in Monday morning's fatal shooting of alleged Walgreens robber, 34 year old Kelley Brandon Forte. 33 year old Officer Kevin Ruhl shot Forte as he reportedly held a knife to the throat of a pharmacist working the overnight shift. Ruhl has scored above satisfactory in his recent evaluations, and was commended for capturing the Colours Salon robber in 2013. Also on the call was officer Danielle Sorber, who has been with the department for just over a year. Both are on paid leave as a grand jury investigates the shooting.
